Ideally as much as possible, depending on availability we can get you booked in with 48 hours notice but we always recommend contacting as soon as possible.

For busier periods, such as summer holiday’s, Easter and the festive period we recommend 3-4 weeks notice for bookings.

The minimum hire period we offer is for 3 nights for our Midweek Saver package. As the water can take up to 8 hours to heat to the maximum temperature we don’t offer shorter hire packages.

The requirements are very simple. All we ask is that you have access to your rear garden that is a minimum of 80cm and a flat surface area of 7 feet by 7 feet. Whilst an outside tap is handy, it’s not critical as we can use a hose extension to fill the hot tub from an internal tap.

To reserve your hire dates a £25 deposit is payable. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email. There’s nothing more to pay until we deliver the hot tub. 

A deposit of £25 is charged to secure your booking. This is completed via an online booking page that will be provided to you. Payment here can be made via all major debit and credit cards.

The balance of your hire is then payable on delivery. Payment here is cash only. 

If you have a side gate to your property we need 80cm to transport the hot tub to your rear garden.

If you do not have external access to your property then we can usually transport the spa through your home providing doors are a standard size and that the route through is clear of obstacles. A protective cover is used to ensure where possible that no marks are left inside.

We offer a hot tub hire service throughout the West Midlands, with popular areas including Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall & Wolverhampton. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, the best thing to do is check our delivery coverage, or send us a message. 

The hot tub gazebo requires a floor space of 3m x 3m (around 10ft x 10ft). It can be positioned on the lawn or a hard surface, concrete or decking for example.

On the day of delivery if you have a certain timeframe that you would like it to arrive we will do our best to adhere to this. In other cases we will let you know whether it will be an AM or PM delivery, and contact you 1 hour prior to arrival.

Steps as shown below are available subject to an additional £25 charge. 

Around 30p – 50p per day. The hot tubs benefit from an efficient boiler and make use of the latest spa cover technology for the best heat insulation. 

On your delivery day our team will set up your hot tub and provide detailed guidance on how to check the water quality during the period of your hire. We will also leave you with a hot tub safety information sheet for future reference.

If at any point during your hire you’re not sure about the water quality please contact the support number provided. 

The Orbis seats between 4 and 5 adults whereas our larger Quatro model seats 6 to 7 adults.

We provide all hires with a support email and contact phone number that can be used during your hire. If you have any issues please contact us and we will assist accordingly.
