Where we cover and what you need to hire a hot tub.

Delivery Info

We strive to make hiring a hot tub possible for everyone. As long as you have a garden with a 2-metre flat square space (3m if your package includes the gazebo) and access to it that allows for an 80cm gap our delivery team can transport the hot tub to your backyard.

The time that it takes to get up and running will depend on the pressure of your water and whether it is being filled from a hot or cold tap. Filling with warm water usually takes between 3-5 hours to reach maximum temperature, whereas a cold fill can take up to 10 hours.

Once in place, our team will give you a hands-on tutorial on how to use the hot tub. We’ll also provide you with water treatment kit and show you how to test the water during your hire. Then that’s it, the hot tub is all yours to enjoy.

The Hot Tub Hire Process

Step 1 – Initial Enquiry

Kick things off by sending us a message. Let us know any queries you may have, or if you have some dates in mind we can check availability for you. 

Step 2 – Reserve Your Dates

If you’re happy with our hire process and you’d like to proceed with making a booking, we’ll charge a £25 deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment is due on delivery. 

Step 3 – Day of Delivery

Prior to your hire commencing we will let you know if it’s an AM or PM delivery. On the day we’ll give you a 1-hour courtesy call to let you know we’re on our way. 

On arrival we take care of everything for you, setting the hot tub up in your desired location, fill with water and give a clear overview of the controls. We’ll also guide you through the water testing and chemical treatment process to provide you with the confidence that the water is safe to bathe in at all times. 

Step 4 – Enjoy Your Hot Tub

It’s all yours to enjoy. Sit back and sink your shoulders into the warm water as the massage jets take you away into a state of pure relaxation. 

Step 5 – Drainage & Collection

On the final day of your hire we’ll arrange a suitable time to arrive for collection. Like delivery, we take care of everything for you and be out of your hair within 30 minutes.
